I place one page on the fridge and give my 7 yr old daughter a foil gold star sticker for each "chore" achieved: teeth brushed, hair brushed, get dressed, etc. Once the "star card" is full she can use it as currency to buy something or to choose an outing. I love getting to use the stationary and she loves seeing her star card fill up.
